OLMA Luxury Holdings investment house announced on Thursday that it has taken a majority stake in Caviar House & Prunier Group, a French company controlled by Pierre Bergé that produces and distributes of fine delicatessen products, in order to “give him the means to develop”15/07/2021
The takeover was accompanied by a "significant injection of funds" in the company that owns Caviar House, Prunier and Balik, "three iconic brands" of the world of gastronomy, according to the Geneva-based company. The company did not specify the amounts invested.
