Prunier x Alléno, the collaboration takes shape in the restaurant Prunier Victor Hugo, an iconic place of Parisian gastronomy. The Art Deco decor, listed as a historic monument, has been refreshed and the menu has been reviewed by 3-star chef Yannick Alléno. The great classics of the house are available in as many contemporary recipes. Thus, the legendary Christian Dior egg parades alongside oysters in almond milk with dill, grilled lobster, fettuccine alle vongole, salmon in Chardonnay jelly or line-caught sea bass and sole meunière. In a second step, it will be possible to order a variation of the take-out menu in click and collect at the counter or high-end meal trays and their adapted tableware.
