The starred chef takes over the historic Prunier restaurant in Paris. Exclusively, he invited the Figaro Magazine to the site a few days before its opening on October 3.

We find him at Ledoyen's between a late lunch taken on the run and meetings that will go on and on all day long. Hyperactive, Yannick Alléno has always been, but the inner voice that pushes him to undertake is associated with the crying murmur of a missing angel: his son Antoine, mowed down by a driver last May. His death obliges him... He has just created the Antoine Alléno association to support the families of victims of violence under the age of 25. Joining it “by paying one euro a day, for those who can, nourishes the hope of making things happen.
