AD'OCC supports Truffus: international boost and export success in North America

Montalban-based Truffus, specializing in black truffles, talks about its experience. By taking over the world's oldest truffle company, Maison Henras, Truffus has highlighted the importance of a well-defined export strategy and local development. 

With the help of AD'OCC, Truffus has been able to expand its international business, particularly in North America, while preserving the tradition and quality of its products.

According to Laurence Laurent, thanks to AD'OCC's support in their export strategy, Truffus has seen accelerated development, reaching a wider market and acting with greater efficiency and relevance. 

Indeed, with AD'OCC's help, Truffus drew up an export plan for North America, focusing on two crucial aspects: the recruitment of an export sales manager as part of a human resources package for export, and the development of a communication/marketing and sales conquest strategy, with a detailed study of the American market and the selection of precise sales approaches.

Truffus also drew on the support of two specialized contacts, one based in Occitanie and the other in New York. This collaboration led to the identification of the "Fancy Food Show" in New York as a key event for the company's development. A month of meticulous preparation was undertaken to ensure an effective, targeted presence at the show, with the aim of precise, structured prospecting.

Truffus: innovation and tradition in truffle growing

Truffus stands out in the truffle industry for its commitment to innovation and tradition. 

The company has succeeded in establishing itself on the international market with strong growth, going from export sales of 200,000 euros to 1 million euros in just two years.

The company plans to increase its presence on the North American market with the additional resources and credibility of AD'OCC.
